This is one of the most amusing,
fun games I have ever played. Controlling people's lives, making them do
whatever you chose, make them starve to death, or THRIVE IN LIFE! MUHAHAHAHAHA.....ummmmmm

GAMEPLAY
This is a really fun game. Controlling people's lives with the click of a button. You control where they move, when they eat, sleep, bathe, play, etc. You can make friends, call up the pizza man, even get a maid! Buy a fancy house, or be another bum, you control it all.
Choosing your career can be a ball. From Sports Mascot to Pro Athlete. Pickpocket to Bookie. You control their every move. Get married, have kids. It never gets boring. But I have to admit, people talking GIBBERISH to each other isn't my idea of a civilized CONVERSATION.
The only problem, you can........well.........get married to someone of the same gender. Excluding that, this is the most amusing game I have ever played. A must for people who like controlling everything, or people who just wanna have some fun.
GAMEPLAY:
GRAPHICS
The Sims' graphics aren't NHL 2000 caliber by any standards, but then again, they dont have to be. The furnishings for the house are pretty cool. The people can constantly change clothes, which is good for graphics. The graphics do make your house look like a real house, and thats all they have to do. The graphics, overall, are really good for a game that dosen't need graphics.

This is where The Sims comes up lame. I mean, come on, it is a really good game, so at least let the people communicate in an ACTUAL LANGUAGE like, ooooooo i dont know, ENGLISH maybe, instead of GIBBERISH so we actually know what they are SAYING. I would include an audio file of their voice, but it's not worth it.
Apart from that, it's cool. Turn on the TV or stereo and you can hear it. Hear the microwave cook and the pool balls sink. The pinball machine ding and the people talk GIBBERISH.
